These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hzyg ("hzyg", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at hzyg.bet, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support services accessible through the platform. hzyg reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hzyg may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2. Account Registration and Security

Registration on hzyg requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a chosen password, and basic personal information. Your mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and is the number used for OTP verification, bKash and Nagad payment authentication, and account recovery. You must ensure this number remains active and accessible at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hzyg will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to protect your password or from sharing your credentials with any third party. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform, including mobile banking applications such as bKash or Nagad.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on hzyg are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hzyg does not impose currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladesh payment methods. The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

The following general rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests on hzyg:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account and will be returned subject to payment processor fees.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed promptly during normal operating hours. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and may vary.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. This is a fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering requirement.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
